ABOUT US

Krista founded Ascentia Financial in 2002.  Krista's experience includes over 20 years of income tax preparation services with a focus on high net worth individuals / entrepreneurs and their closely held businesses, trusts and gift and estate taxes.  Prior to Ascentia Financial, Krista started her tax career at Arthur Andersen in their Private Client Services group.  

In addition to her tax experience, Krista's depth of experience highlights include working in Mergers and Acquisitions investment Banking at Merrill Lynch in New York and at a boutique investment Bank Headwaters, MB; Family Office and Investment Advisory experience at Bessemer Trust;  and a partnership with NYTCP doing consulting/fractional CFO services.

• Masters in Taxation (MT) from the University of Denver
• Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business
